The Diner

這是去年6月10日去Washington DC的食記，那天下午去The Kennedy Center聽完我的作品發表，史學長也有來幫我捧場加油，後來結束後我們就去了一趟University of Maryland找他的朋友，找到之後我們三個人又回到DC市區打算一起吃個飯。本來史學長是已經有找好一間餐廳，不過去的時候發現那間餐廳的大樓臨時停電中，當然餐廳也是烏漆嘛黑，最後只好放棄。後來就來到這間營業時間還滿晚的「The Diner」，沒有拍餐廳外觀跟內部，因為晚上時間雖然這間沒停電，但是燈光也實在用的很節省，很暗拍起來都不好看，開閃光燈好像又太招搖了點，所以只有拍食物的照片而已。

我們三個人個別選了一道菜，史學長很喜歡一起share，所以我們就是三個人分著吃這些菜。這道是史學長點的「Greek Pasta」（希臘麵）。雖然是希臘麵，但是這道還是一個義大利麵，附有兩塊麵包，麵上面還撒了很多起司粉，很有希臘沙拉的感覺。

這道是我點的「Dinner Wings」（招牌雞翅），餐廳裡面昏昏暗暗的，是這樣照片拍起來好才黑黑的嗎？看起來雞翅好像都烤焦一樣，不過現場吃的時候覺得還滿好吃的。

這是史學長的朋友點的「Chef Salad」（主廚沙拉），這道超豐盛的，料很多，而且那個沙拉醬也很特別，看起來好像醬油喔，其實是深顏色的油醋醬，清爽又有點厚重的味道配這種好多料的沙拉還滿對味的。

我也有點飲料了，點了很heavy的「Strawberry Shake」（草莓奶昔），這道沒有只有這杯，另外還有一個鐵杯裝了半杯過來，這樣是一組。史學長說這奶昔一個玻璃杯裝不下，所以剩下的就拿了一個還有保溫作用的鐵杯裝著。史學長跟我點了兩杯奶昔，雖然點了兩杯，可是桌上卻有四杯（兩個玻璃杯跟兩個鐵杯），然後跟他的朋友一起分著喝。
