Bubble Express 好客來

這是去年6月9日去Washington DC的遊記，那天傍晚史學長開車到旅館來接我，晚上我們要去Rockville, MD找我的大學同學Hsiao-Pei吃晚餐，Hsiao-Pei選了這間很有台灣味的餐廳，叫做「Bubble Express」，中文店名是「好客來」。之前來過DC也有來找過Hsiao-Pei，也有來過這間吃過東西，Hsiao-Pei跟老闆娘似乎非常熟的樣子，她根本就是一位熟客。

我跟史學長先到餐廳，後來Hsiao-Pei才來，之前就忍不住先點了珍奶跟這間餐廳很著名的鹹酥雞，吃到這兩道真的很有台灣味道。上次來那次有外帶一包鹹酥雞，不過Hsiao-Pei幫我點了一包辣的，我不是很能吃辣，所以那包對我而言真的好辣。這次來吃這盤就不會辣了，還滿有道地台灣味的鹹酥雞，很美味。

史學長想說點一些菜來一起share，所以我們點了三道。不過上來的份量有點少，每道菜都好像一個人就可以輕易吃完，所以分著吃每個人都只能吃到一點點。都可以嘗到每道的味道是很不錯，但是都只能吃到一點點就有點意猶未盡，會想要多吃一點。這是Hsiao-Pei選的「紅燒牛肉麵」，也是很台灣味的一道麵。

我挑了一道不太台灣的菜，是「鳳梨雞肉炒飯」，這道其實有點東南亞風，但是灑上肉鬆這又讓這道多了一點台味。

史學長想說好像少一道湯，所以他選了這道「香菇肉羹米粉」。雖然這道也是很台灣味，但是這個碗真的很小，我一個人就可以吃掉一碗，所以我們三個人分好像只能吃到一兩口（我好想吃一整碗喔）。

當然鹹酥雞一定要配珍奶的，這杯是Hsiao-Pei還沒來之前，史學長先去點了兩杯珍奶，不過點的是小杯的。很快的速度我就喝完了這杯了，應該要請史學長幫我點大杯的。

下次來好客來，應該想吃什麼就點了，根本不需要管份量，這種有思鄉情懷的食物，再多我都吃得下。
