最下層是車站的美食街，有各國美食，選擇還滿多的。
其實三月底去Bowling Green, OH的旅行，也來過這個車站轉車過，那時候就發現車站大廳都有好多網子，想說這次來應該就會修復好了吧。我好像想太多了，這次來還是發現這些網子仍舊都在。
網子網住了車站大廳的兩個雕像（還是網子網住了旅客？）。
沒有多做停留，我就直奔車站外頭的捷運入口，DC的捷運叫做Metro。
Washington Union Station的Metro入口，是要走出車站外頭搭往下樓的電扶梯。
車站的購票機有兩種，第一種就是這種藍色的，這種藍色的可以購買新的捷運車票，第一步就是選擇票種，第二步就是投錢，用信用卡或是現金卡支付也可以，第三步就是拿票跟找零。如果已經有捷運卡的，也可以放入trade in的插口，就可以加值。
第二種就是這種黑色的機器，這種只能儲值而已，步驟都跟藍色機器一樣，但是就是少了可以購買新票的選項，跟只能使用現金購票。
DC的捷運都是這種圓形隧道的設計，隧道內的燈光都是間接照明，都是從下面打光到隧道頂部，整體在捷運裡頭還是偏昏暗。
這站是Union Station，這站是紅線的。
我要搭的車子進站了，照片拍模糊掉了。
車廂裡面的樣子，都是這種兩個人坐的位置。
我要去Foggy Bottom那一站是藍線，所以我就在這個紅線跟藍線的轉運站Metro Center轉車。
終於抵達Foggy Bottom，DC的捷運都長一個樣，要從外觀認車站還滿困難的，所以我都是靠車上的到站廣播。這站也有GWU的字樣，就是George Washington University（華盛頓大學）的簡寫。
我一走出車站就看到這個George Washington University Hospital（華盛頓大學附屬醫院），用iPhone查了一下地圖，我就沿著這個醫院繞了一個圈子。
還繞到這個有華盛頓雕像的圓環，整個繞了一大圈才抵達這幾天要下榻的旅館。
後來發現，我只要走出捷運站，然後過馬路直走，就可以快速抵達旅館，不用繞這麼一大圈。
