Ichiban - Dumpling Rice Cake Soup

上週六又跟Gene去Ichiban吃午餐,這次從lunch menu點了一個從來沒點過的餐,Dumpling Rice Cake Soup。上次有看Gene吃過,看起來不錯吃,所以我就想說這次也來點看看好不好吃。

跟上次點Kalbi Tag感覺差不多,也是這樣一個大碗裝起來,然後湯頭好像也差不多。Kalbi Tag當然牛肉味道比較重一點,這個牛肉味道就比較沒有。裡頭有dumpling所以吃起來很像台灣的湯餃,還有幾片牛肉片,還打了一個蛋。而且裡面還有rice cake,就是年糕,是一片圓圓的那種,日本的年糕很像麻薯會黏黏的,這個rice cake就是一片薄薄橢圓型的,不會黏黏的。因為這道在店裡是韓國料理,所以應該是韓國的rice cake吧。

當然這道也是有附白飯,之前我點Kalbi Tag的時候,我都會把飯加進湯裡頭弄成泡飯吃,Kalbi Tag的湯頭因為有牛肉,所以其實味道還滿鮮美的,飯加進去很好吃。這次我就先用白飯配一些韓國小菜,吃了快一半,所以我就把剩下一半倒進去湯裡頭,不過感覺沒有像Kalbi Tag那樣倒進去變美味的感覺,反而有點奇怪的感覺。後來發現,感覺好像把飯倒進去裡頭還有rice cake的湯餃裡面,混在一起的感覺不太妙。不過只是感覺很奇怪,其實還是很好吃啦。
