Ichiban - Bibim Bap

今天中午跟Gene去我家附近的Ichiban Japanese Korean Restaurant吃午餐,這家餐廳之前也是來了不知道多少次了,再次託新部落格開張的福,可以有機會在這裡推薦一下。

這間餐廳有韓國料理跟日本料理,如果你點韓國料理,才會有小菜。我今天點了lunch menu的Bibim Bap,所以會有小菜,午餐的時候會上五道,如果晚上來的話,小菜會比午餐還要多。附餐通常是可以選沙拉或是味噌湯,因為我點Bibim Bap的關係,所以我就選味噌湯了。

Bibim Bap就是牛肉跟一堆蔬菜,還有一顆半熟蛋的組合。其實那堆蔬菜吃的時候有點像在吃沙拉,然後把飯跟辣醬放進去攪拌一下,就可以吃了。對於不擅長吃辣的我,把辣醬另外擺是滿貼心的,我完全沒辦法把辣醬全加進去,我大概加了三分之一進去攪拌,我就覺得很辣了,吃了還有點流汗,不過還可以在接受範圍內。不過可以吃辣的,都說那個辣醬還好,不會太辣。

我今天還吃了小菜的泡菜,以前我都會覺得好像會很辣,所以我都不太吃,今天吃了發現還好耶,我可以接受,而且還不錯吃。吃完午餐之後,我就去Ichiban隔壁的韓國超市(據說那家韓國超市跟Ichiban是同一個老闆)買了一罐泡菜放在家裡,希望那罐泡菜的辣是我還可以接受的辣。
