Lek Massage

這是7月16日去泰國曼谷的BTS Siam Station附近的遊記，那天早上跟Jonghee先去了Siam Ocean World（暹羅海洋世界），中午在Siam Paragon的Food Hall吃午餐，Jonghee就說她下午想去按摩。我們這群參加Thailand International Composition Festival（泰國國際作曲音樂節）的作曲家，幾乎全部都被泰國的按摩迷住，可能我們長時間都需要在電腦上面工作，大家的肩頸都不太好。Jonghee還去Siam Paragon的櫃臺問說這附近有沒有推薦的按摩店（我們完全就是沒什麼做功課），櫃臺小姐很好心跟我們講了一間，還給我們地址，我們目標就是那間了。走出Siam Paragon，我看到一個施工工地的對面，有一棟超顯眼的建築物，是可口可樂造型的，不多看他幾眼都不太行。

 

我們有經過一間按摩店叫做Chang Foot Massage，Jonghee說她前幾天來過這間做過腳底按摩，所以想換換看別間。

最後終於找到櫃臺小姐推薦的這間「Lek Massage」，看看門口的價目表，也滿實惠的，就決定進去了。我跟Jonghee討論一下要做什麼按摩，最後我們兩個都是做一樣。

接下去就沒照片了，在按摩店裡，不太好意思拿出相機一直拍。我們決定做的是「Thai Massage」（泰式按摩）一小時泰幣250元，跟「Head, Shoulder and Back Massage with Hot Compress」（肩頸背與熱石按摩）一小時泰幣300元，做了兩小時一共才泰幣550元，真的是很便宜。

店裡面的客人也很多，一進去就會先換拖鞋，然後幫我們洗腳（洗腳還排了一下隊），洗完腳就會被帶到小包廂，換好衣服就先進行泰式按摩。泰式按摩是力道比較強的，按摩師會用全身的力量按摩。音樂節期間，大會的小助理也帶我們這群作曲家去學校附近的按摩店按過一次泰式按摩，那是我第一次做泰式按摩，之前也有一次來曼谷玩，我都是做油壓按摩比較多，沒想到這種力道強的按摩，按的時候還滿痛的，按完卻有一種莫名舒服的爽度。

另外一個肩頸背與熱石按摩則是針對我們工作時比較酸痛的部分加強，所以我們才選這兩種。熱石按摩是會拿一個用毛巾包住的熱石頭，在身上按壓，這種是還滿舒服的按摩，完全都不會痛，很緩和的溫暖按摩，舒服地讓人會想睡著。
