Misono - Katsudon

這是3月16日去Boston堂姐家的旅行遊記，那天早上去逛了New England Aquarium（新英格蘭水族館），然後下午跟去接他的小baby的堂姐約在地鐵站，不過下午那個時候小baby本來在day care是睡覺時間，接完之後，小baby在車上到回到家，加上我一直逗他玩，他就處於很興奮狀態中，結果到了晚餐時間，他終於筋疲力盡地睡著了。可是尷尬的是那時間正好堂姐跟姐夫要帶我出去吃晚餐，又不想把小baby吵醒，最後只好打電話先去訂餐，然後我跟堂姐去店裡面拿外帶出來，姐夫在家照顧小baby。我們去了在Chestnut Hill, MA的「Misono」這間日韓餐廳，去拿外帶的時候，這間店的裝潢還滿日式的，我點了「Katsudon」（炸豬排丼），外帶餐是用一個圓形餐盒裝的，看起來很像炸豬排便當。

炸豬排份量還滿多的，把整個餐盒底下的飯遮到都看不太到，炸豬排下面還有蛋液，其實半熟的蛋液跟豬排是連在一起的，所以上面那面的豬排是脆的，下面那面的豬排就跟半熟蛋液連在一起，蛋液裡面還有一些蘑菇、紅蘿蔔，跟青椒。認識我的人就知道我對青椒這個食物很抗拒，不過這個青椒沒有什麼青椒的味道耶，吃進嘴巴裡面也沒什麼討人厭的青椒味，很神奇。炸豬排丼上面則有三片黃蘿蔔，這個讓我想到台灣的雞肉飯或是滷肉飯放的黃蘿蔔，看到黃蘿蔔整個就覺得台灣味冒出來，不過炸豬排還是滿有日式味道的。
