Museum of Science - Energy Scorecard

這是5月25日去Boston堂姐家的遊記，那天早上去了Museum of Science（波士頓科學博物館），這是「Energy Scorecard」（能源計分卡）篇，這裡展示著很多有關交通工具的東西。

這是Wasp Major Airplane Engine（黃蜂飛機引擎）。

這是1906年的「Rollins Steam Engine」，是火車的蒸汽引擎。

這裡也有很多鐵道歷史上的蒸汽火車頭模型。

這裡也有展示著一些古董汽車的模型，左邊綠色的是1939年的「Packard Brunn Touring Cabriolet」，右邊藍色的是1946年的「Lincoln Continental」。

左邊有篷子的是1926年的「Rolls Royce Silver Ghost Town Car」，右邊那台敞篷車是1929年「Model J Duesenberg Twin-Cowl Phaeton」。

這一區也有展示著一些歷史船隻的模型。這是1843年的「Yorkshire」（約克郡號）。1846年11月，Yorkshire從大西洋的英格蘭的Liverpool（利物浦）到美國紐約，只花了15天。

這艘1851年的帆船「Flying Cloud」有幾項歷史紀錄，從美國東岸紐約到西岸舊金山花了89天，從美國紐約到香港花了126天。

這是1841年的麻州New Bedford的捕鯨船「Charles W, Morgan」，他的貨艙可以容納350頓的貨物（或是鯨魚）。

這是1928年的鋼造遊艇「Hi-Esmaro」，後來被美國海軍所使用，正式名稱是「USS Niagara」。
