Springfield Amtrak Station

這是3月28日坐美國國鐵Amtrak去Bowing Green, OH的長途旅行遊記，那天先坐了Amtrak Shuttle，只有兩節的火車車廂，從Hartford, CT到Springfield, MA，只有不到半小時的時間。下面照片是Amtrak Shuttle停在Springfield Amtrak Station的樣子，那天天氣不是很好，陰天有下雨。

我需要在這個Springfield車站轉搭Amtrak Lake Shore Limited的火車，轉車時間約兩個半小時，我就在這個車站等了一下，車站沒有免費的無線網路，那時候我也還沒有iPhone 4S，我就在車站裡面看了這學期我修的一堂理論課需要分析的曲子打發一下時間。車站只有基本的功能，售票櫃臺跟售票機，洗手間跟等車空間的椅子，車站還滿小的。

因為正值午餐時間，我就想說走出去車站逛一下好了，下面這張照片是車站的外觀，不過我一走出去就發現天空開始下雨了，一整個懶得拿出雨傘，也不想戴hoddie的帽子，看著火車站兩端遠處好像有一些餐廳，可是還滿遠的，而且雨好像越來越大，不拿雨傘或不戴帽子很難全身而退。最後我就放棄了，決定回去車站裡面。

走回車站，又經過火車月台區，拍了一下另外一個月台的火車頭。

這火車比我搭的那兩節車廂的Amtrak Shuttle長很多。

這個車站裡面也沒有任何賣店，只有這兩台販賣機，所以想吃東西的旅客都會來買，還滿有生意的。我最後也沒有花錢在這兩台機器身上，因為要坐很久的火車，所以我有帶一大袋的零食可以吃，我也有帶我的杯子，車站裡面也有飲水機可以裝水喝。

拍上面這張照片的時候，其實之前我看到有一個旅客要買一包零食，結果投錢下去之後，應該是有一個裝置要把一包零食推下去，可是這裝置卡住了，所以零食也卡在半空中，那個旅客很辛苦的一直搖販賣機，才把那包卡住的零食搖下來。
