United States Capitol

這是3月31日我去Bowling Green, OH的遊記，搭回程Amtrak火車在Washington DC的Union Station轉車約三個半小時，我就出站去繞繞了。從Union Station往前直走，就可以看到United State Capitol（國會大廈），在步行前往國會大廈途中，看到一棵滿開的櫻花樹。

再往前走就看到國會大廈的側面，已經可以看到國會大廈的圓頂了。

抵達國會大廈的廣場，這裡真得是到處都是觀光客，大家都拿著相機拍個不停。

再拍一張國會大廈，近看真的滿雄偉的。

在國會大廈的前面，我還遇到一個來自秘魯的旅客，他看我背著小單眼一直拍（他的是Nikon單眼），就找上我幫他拍照。結果我一直拍，他好像都不滿意，然後他就說要幫我拍照，拍了一張我在好邊邊的小小的一個角落，然後後面的國會大廈很大一個放在中間，這樣的構圖。我於是知道拍這樣他會開心，陸續又幫他拍了幾張，他好像還挺滿意的。

國會大廈右翼的這棟建築物，好像也是國會大廈的一部份。

拍完照之後，我於是開始步行離開國會大廈，看到有一棟建築物上面寫的「Equal Justice Under Law」，這棟是「United States Supreme Court Building」（美國最高法院大樓）。

途中也遇到一個旅行團，導遊正在解釋這棟建築物是什麼，我也停下來偷聽導遊在講什麼。這棟是美國藏書量最大的圖書館，「Library of Congress」（美國國會圖書館）。

慢慢地我又回到了Union Station附近，這棟建築物是「National Postal Museum」（美國郵政博物館），時間不允許我再進去逛這間，所以只好在外頭拍拍照。（註：今年六月我有再來Washington DC，我就有來參觀這個博物館了）。

我在回途的路上還看到出現這樣的車子叫做「DC Ducks」，之後我去Boston, MA的時候也有看到Boston Duck，是一種水陸兩用車，我想DC Ducks應該也是同樣的東西。
