Totto Ramen - Miso Ramen

這是6月3日去紐約玩的晚餐食記，那天傍晚一個人從Flushing, NY坐地鐵回downtown Manhattan ， 時間大概已經晚上七點半，本來想去逛個Uniqlo，不過發現Uniqlo九點就關了，所以去的話大概也逛不了什麼，所以就決定直接去吃晚餐。來了這間Totto Ramen（鳥人拉麵）吃晚餐，到的時候已經晚上八點，客人還是很多，需要排隊，不過一個人很容易排到位置，沒等多久我就有位置可以坐進去了。

這間本店客人還是很多，不過我這次來發現51街那邊的Hell's Kitchen地區也開了另外一間分店。

一個人當然就肯定是坐吧台的位置，坐在吧台還可以拍拍師傅工作的畫面。夏天做拉麵生意真的很辛苦，廚房溫度一定很高。

我點了「Totto Miso Ramen」（鳥人味噌拉麵），美金11元。

有兩片叉燒肉，很多青蔥，還有一顆切一半的半熟蛋，這個拉麵上面還有一球特製的味噌醬。我發現這個拉麵跟他們招牌的Totto Chicken Paitan Ramen（鳥人丸雞白湯拉麵）大致上是一樣，差別就是少了在碗邊的海苔，跟多了一球味噌醬跟半熟蛋。

把味噌醬攪進白湯裡面，湯馬上就變了顏色跟味道，拉麵麵體是比較偏黃色的中粗麵，有味噌醬讓本來的白湯又變得更濃郁了。

真的很好吃耶，全部都完食了。
