海之味 - 鱔魚炒麵

這是3月26日spring break期間和Li-Chun和Ling-Chun去Flushing, NY的食記，那天晚上還是來到每次我來Flushing都會光臨的「海之味」餐廳，一起來吃飯的還有目前在哥大念書的Li-Chun的大學同學。

每次我來海之味都是吃排骨飯的，這次就想說換個口味好了。我點了一盤鱔魚炒麵來吃，還滿大盤的耶，美金9.5元。

鱔魚吃起來的味道跟台灣的不太一樣，不過吃多了就開始習慣這種美國鱔魚的味道，麵條也跟台灣的鱔魚炒麵用的油麵不太一樣，雖然有很多不太一樣，但是吃起來還是有台味。但是這盤我吃得很慢，照理來說我吃麵都能吃滿快的，但是我吃到開始冒汗，而且越吃越辣（我十不是很能吃辣），因為辣味讓我沒辦法吃快。本來還以為麵裡面綠色條狀是我不吃的青椒，可是吃下去卻沒有青椒味，所以我就吃了，但是吃到一半發現這個其實是青色的辣椒，挑掉這些青辣椒，吃起來就不辣了，後半段的吃麵速度就有快一點。

同場加映：Li-Chun跟他在哥大念書的大學同學吃的都是排骨飯，之前就拍過排骨飯的照片，所以這次就沒拍了。下面照片是Ling-Chun點的雞排飯，有兩塊雞排，不過雞排看起來好像也是跟台灣的不太一樣，好像沒裹那麼多粉去炸的。

我們也點了一盤炸甜不辣大家一起吃。
