這是3月26日spring break期間和Li-Chun和Ling-Chun去Flushing, NY的食記,那天晚上還是來到每次我來Flushing都會光臨的「海之味」餐廳,一起來吃飯的還有目前在哥大念書的Li-Chun的大學同學。
每次我來海之味都是吃排骨飯的,這次就想說換個口味好了。我點了一盤鱔魚炒麵來吃,還滿大盤的耶,美金9.5元。
鱔魚吃起來的味道跟台灣的不太一樣,不過吃多了就開始習慣這種美國鱔魚的味道,麵條也跟台灣的鱔魚炒麵用的油麵不太一樣,雖然有很多不太一樣,但是吃起來還是有台味。但是這盤我吃得很慢,照理來說我吃麵都能吃滿快的,但是我吃到開始冒汗,而且越吃越辣(我十不是很能吃辣),因為辣味讓我沒辦法吃快。本來還以為麵裡面綠色條狀是我不吃的青椒,可是吃下去卻沒有青椒味,所以我就吃了,但是吃到一半發現這個其實是青色的辣椒,挑掉這些青辣椒,吃起來就不辣了,後半段的吃麵速度就有快一點。
同場加映:Li-Chun跟他在哥大念書的大學同學吃的都是排骨飯,之前就拍過排骨飯的照片,所以這次就沒拍了。下面照片是Ling-Chun點的雞排飯,有兩塊雞排,不過雞排看起來好像也是跟台灣的不太一樣,好像沒裹那麼多粉去炸的。
我們也點了一盤炸甜不辣大家一起吃。
